Ashtanga workshop and special class with Jock Orton soon!… and in February

Monday 10th October 6.00-7.30pm.Visiting again! Students loved Jocks clear instruction and easy going, caring attitude. Jock will teach my usual level 2 evening class, $30. In this session, his own freestyle after being an Anusara teacher and now a committed student/teacher of Ashtanga.
